Yes we do deliver internationally. Below mentioned are some international shipping policies .
Flat shipping fee of USD 28 approx INR 2000 will be applicable for International orders.
Shipping Charges may differ for different countries. The shipping charges will be shown in the cart when you enter the pincode in your address details . Shipping charges applicable on shipment up to 1 Kg. We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 300.We ship worldwide, As per Zip code provided by our International logistic partner.
Our International Shipping Partners : FedEx , DTDC Customs fees are charged on shipments value by few countries at the port of entry, In this case of additional custom duty, Swaabhi will not be responsible. Dispatch will take 1 to 3 business days once we receive the order.
Delivery will be made within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. Swaabhi will not responsible for any CLEARACE DELAYS or DUTIES due to CUSTOMS or any other INTERNATIONAL LAWS applicable.International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

Swaabhi has a strict Exchange/ Return policy to prevent misuse of its services. If a customer submits photographic and video evidence of damaged products within 24 hours of receiving the order, the company may initiate an exchange, but it is at their sole discretion. The exchange/replacement is subject to availability of products and certain conditions such as the product being in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached. Swaabhi has a strict refund policy to prevent misuse of services. Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to certain conditions such as the product being unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with attached tags. Refunds for payments made via COD and UPI will be given in the form of store credit. Refunds for other payment modes will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. Photographic and video evidence of damage must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the order for damaged products.   1. Customers may cancel their online order within 24 hours of placing the order.

  3. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment methods. For payments done by UPI, the refund will be initiated in form of store credit if the customer does not wish to provide their bank details to initiate the refund.
  4. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order but before the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a store credit for the full amount of the order.
  5. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Jewelry Care:

Imitation jewelry is a combination of stones, beads, pearls etc. Mounted on metals like copper, Alloy, silver, brass. So listed below are few precautions to be taken for long life of jewelry.
– Handle it carefully Always use jewelry delicately.
– Don’t drop this jewelry as stones, pearls or beads may detach from metal base.
– While wearing earrings, twist the screw little bit and it will easily on the pin.
– Perfumes sprays, deodorant and water are real enemies for imitation jewelry. It will instantly spoil the look and color of the jewelry or shorten the color life.
– After using jewelry, moisture or sweat should be properly wiped off before preserving. Don’t dump many pieces of jewelry into one compartment and pile them up.

Storage:

We recommend you store the jewelry inside a recycled plastic box or zip lock covers. You may have or asked for gift boxes with paper, velvet, or cloth. please do not use those boxes for preserving imitation jewelry.

For your care We use metals like silver copper, brass, alloy etc. Separately or mixed according to jewelry designs suggested by our designers. Please be aware of any allergies or skin rashes. Please read weight and size of each jewelry products before purchasing to avoid further consequences.
