Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Returns and Exchanges:
– Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are not available.

2. Cancellation:
– If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.

3. Damaged Products During Shipping:
– We take utmost care in packing products for shipment through our courier partners. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it upon receipt of a photo/video of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Team Swaabhi will verify the damages for confirmation.
Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a refund.

– If a reverse pickup cannot be arranged, please return the damaged product via normal courier within 7 days. We will reimburse shipping charges up to INR 100. Note that products returned without consent from Team Swaabhi will not be considered for replacement.

4. Replacement Process:
– Replacement will be offered only for products damaged upon/during delivery within 24 hours of receiving the order.
– Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a refund.
– If a replacement is requested and unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions:
– Returns for reasons other than damage during delivery will not be accepted.
– Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer are not eligible for return.

6. Inventory Mismatch:
– In rare cases where an order is placed but the product is unavailable due to inventory discrepancies, our team will inform you. You have the option to select an alternative product of equal value/ receive a credit note, or obtain a full refund via the original mode of payment.

7. Trial Damage Exclusion:
– We regret that we cannot exchange jewellery products damaged during trials after purchase.

8. Pickup Facility:
– Currently, we offer pickup of damaged products from your doorstep only in limited pin codes, even if the exchange is approved. You may need to ship the product back to us with appropriate packing via normal courier service. We will reimburse shipping costs up to INR 100 incurred by you.

9. Delivery of Exchanged Item:
– Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you. Standard domestic delivery time is 5-7 working days. Any delays will be communicated to you in advance.
