Our company maintains a strict refund policy to prevent any misuse of the services provided. Upon receipt and review of the photographic and video evidence provided by the Customer, we may initiate an exchange. It is hereby noted that the initiation of an exchange is at the sole discretion of our company.

At Swaabhi, our team conducts a quality check of each product before shipping, and provides the Customer with a video and a photo of the product to ensure that it is in perfect condition. If any damage to the product is found on receipt of the order, it is presumed to have occurred during transit. Exchange requests may be accepted, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Exchange requests shall be entertained only if placed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests for exchange after 24 hours shall not be entertained. In the event that the product is damaged during transit, the customer shall be required to submit photographic and video evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. The evidence shall be reviewed by our team to determine if the Customer is eligible for a refund. Upon receipt and review of the photographic and video evidence, we shall inform the Customer if he/she is eligible for an exchange.
  • Exchange/ Replacement shall be subject to availability of the products.
  • The product being exchanged shall be required to be in its original condition and packaging, and all tags shall be attached. Any product that has been damaged, altered, or used shall not be accepted for exchange.
  • The exchange can be made for any other product of equal or higher value. If the new product is of higher value, the customer shall be required to pay the difference in price.
  • The exchange request will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the photographic/ video evidence.
    For domestic (Pan-India) orders, we will schedule a pick up for exchanges/ replacements that are eligible.
  • But in some cases where the postal code is not easily available for pick up for our delivery partners or if the order was processed with express delivery, the customer will have to arrange the courier and deliver it to our office address. We will offer the customer with store credit of up to Rs. 100 or we will bank transfer the courier charges up to Rs. 100 to the customer.
  • For international orders, the customer has to arrange the return to our office address if the order for return is eligible.
    The following items are not eligible for an exchange:
    – Products that have been used or damaged.
    – Earrings, nose pins & hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
    – Products that are on sale or part of a promotion.
    – Customized items or bulk orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns that do not meet the above criteria.
