Shipping policy
1. Shipping charges:
– We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 1499 Pan-India.
– For prepaid orders below Rs. 1500, shipping charges of Rs. 99 are levied.
– COD (Cash on Delivery) option is applicable for orders below Rs. 10,000.
– Rs. 149 are levied on all the COD orders.
– Eligibility for One Day Delivery includes: the address for order to be delivered must be in Pune (India) and the order value should be above Rs. 1499.
Please Note: You will have to request One day delivery in the customer note.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time:
– We ship orders within 2 business days from the date of confirmation of payment.
– The delivery time for prepaid orders after the date of shipping shall take around 5-7 business days but may vary depending upon the pin code and state regulation of delivery address.
– The delivery time for COD orders after shipping take around 10-15 business days but may vary depending upon the pin code and state regulation of delivery address.
– One Day Delivery is available in Pune (India) on request. We reserve the right to apply charges for express delivery, of which you will be informed before the item is dispatched.
3. Shipping method:
Domestic orders are shipped through Maruti Courier Services & Pickrr (DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart etc.).
In some cases, we ship through India Post for some pin codes.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website.
5. Address Accuracy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in this process.
