Domestic (In India)
- We provide free shipping over Rs. 500
Shipping charges Rs. 50 will be applicable for the cart value less than Rs. 500
- COD – cash on delivery service is available.
Same shipping charges Rs.50 will be applicable for COD.
- We ship all over India, as per pin codes provided by our domestic shipping partners. Shipdelight & Maruti courier services.
- All the items are dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order.
- One day delivery option is available in Pune (on request).
- It will take 5-7 working days for the order to reach you with in India.
- After dispatching the products, Swaabhi will not be responsible for any kind of damage In transit.
- Customers will be notified about the shipment confirmation via email and tracking No.

- Worldwide flat shipping rate is Rs. 1800
( USD $ 25- $ 30, can be fluctuating/ differ as per currency rate.)
- Shipping charges applicable on shipment up to 1 Kg.
- We ship worldwide, As per Zip code provided by our International logistic partner Fedex.
- Customs fees are charged on shipments value by few countries at the port of entry, In this case of additional custom duty, Swaabhi will not be responsible.
- Dispatch will take 1 to 3 days once we receive the order.
- Delivery will be made within 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Swaabhi will not responsible for any clearance delays or duties due to customs or any other International laws applicable.

- We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.
- For returns or replacements of products, customer should send a photo/ image of the items via email or what’s app within 24 hours from the date you received the order.
- For the returns, both ways shipping is to be borne by the buyer.
- Products has to be returned with its original packaging. Accessories including the retail box Packaging and all other items originally included with the products at the time of delivery.
- The returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged.
- After examining the returned product, we will send you confirmation of replacement or refunds.
- Replacement depends upon availability of identical piece and substituted with a piece of comparable value.
- If damage caused to the goods during transit, Swaabhi will offer repair service for free of cost, on the availability of replacement parts, provided buyer borne shipments to and fro.
- Once we receive your request, our executive will review your case and will give you an amicable solution.
- You will have three options for your refunds: -
Bank Transfer for cash on delivery orders within 5 to 7 days from the date of authorization.
Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway for prepaid orders within 5 to 10 days from the date of authorization.
- Swaabhi.com Gift Card for the order amount plus additional Rs.100 can be used for any future purchase at Swaabhi.com .gift card will be issue within a 3 days.
