Domestic (In India)

Domestic shipping charges Rs.75 We offer free shipping for domestic orders above Purchase value (cart value) Rs.1000 

COD(Cash on Delivery) is available in India. COD charges will be Rs.170/- on orders up to  Rs.10,000.

There might be some delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

Exchange and return are available but both COD(Cash on Delivery) and shipping charges will be borne by the buyer/customer.

Refund is available according to our Refund Policy.

Flat shipping fee of USD 28 approx INR 2000 will be applicable for International orders. Shipping Charges may differ for different countries.
The shipping charges will be shown in the cart when you enter the pincode in your address details. Shipping charges applicable on shipment up to 1 Kg. We offer free shipping for all international orders above 300 USD. We ship worldwide, As per Zipcode provided by our International logistic partner.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email and via WhatsApp message.
Please visit the courier partner website and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
After dispatching and providing tracking no. In some cases, Swaabhi will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the orders as it is a matter of courier service companies.

Returns, Replacement

Exchange and returns are available but both COD(Cash on Delivery) and shipping charges are borne by buyers/ customers.

We have a customer-friendly return policy and accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for any reason.
For returns or replacements of products, customers should send a photo/ image of the items via email or what’s app within 24 hours from the date you received the order.
For the returns, both ways shipping is to be borne by the buyer.
Products have to be returned with their original packaging. Accessories including the retail box
Packaging and all other items originally included with the products at the time of delivery.
The returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged.
After examining the returned product, we will send you confirmation of replacement or refunds.
Replacement depends upon the availability of an identical piece and substituted with a piece of comparable value.
If the damage caused to the goods during transit, Swaabhi will offer repair service for free of cost, on the availability of replacement parts, provided buyer borne shipments to and fro. Refunds

Once we receive your request, our executive will review your case and will give you an amicable solution.
You will have three options for your refunds: –
Bank Transfer for cash on delivery orders within 5 to 7 days from the date of authorization.
Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway for prepaid orders within 5 to 10 days from the date of authorization.

Discount code coupons will not be applicable in the sale or discount period announced by Swaabhi.
